 Risk Management 

Greece Boys Soccer League adheres to the  NYSWYSA Risk Management Policy , which is designed to promote the welfare of youth players and to protect volunteer coaches, program administrators, and the organization.   Therefore, all coaches (head coaches, assistant coaches, and substitute coaches) must complete an Employment/Volunteer Disclosure Statement (DisclosureStatement.pdf).  This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.   You may obtain your free copy by clicking any of the links provided on this page.

  Answers to "Frequently Asked Questions" Your Coaching question may already be answered!  If not, you can ask your question and one of our licensed Coaches will answer it! 

   GBSL Medical Release Form Coaches must keep the completed forms with them at any GBSL event.    GBSL Rules:   
  GBSL "Game Card 2006"  The handy game day reference for every GBSL Coach!  NEW Coach/Volunteer Disclosure Statement: The NYSWYSA Risk Management Form (DisclosureStatement.pdf).  Instructions for the Disclosure Form (DisclosureStatement-Instruct.pdf). Referee Evaluation Form Coaches, please fill this form out after every game!  GBSL would like to know your thoughts on the Referee's performance!
